Hand auger handle for Lite Flite auger

Just wanted to share my idea of how to have a early ice hand auger using a Lite Flite. Hopefully Strikemaster catches on and makes a option available for people. I  really like the 40v auger but for long walks on early and late ice nice to have a really light rig. I am still skeptical about using a battery drill to power the auger bit. Don't like the sound the drill brake makes when letting go of the trigger and I rather not damage my $150 drill.

Very nice ..did you shorten it some ? The Lite Flight stands pretty tall . Whats the height overall ?

Yeah I shorted the handle about 10 to 11 inches to make up for the taller height of the lite flite. It stands about 64" tall from tip to top of pivot handle. With strikemasters adapter still can use my other hand auger if need but it gets a little short.
