Im planning on building a permanent this summer for next winter. Lookin around on the internet I found a pretty good site for anyone with a permanent or planning on building one. It's www.fishhousesupply.co m . They have a lot of odds and ends for fish houses.

I bought some odds and ends from them but if you search around you can usually find it all cheaper.

Where are some other good places to find components???

Shack man,  I've been very lucky and usually find stuff locally at hardware stores and farm stores.  General internet searches have also yielded good results.  I rarely go looking for items as I'm never in a hurry,  I just notice stuff when I'm out and about and pick up one or two items as I see them.  If a guy is on a time line putting a shack together and you want to make one order then Fish House Supply is your only real choice but if you just collect single items over the course of a year or so then they can be had much cheaper if you look around.
