It looks good! I like your door, where did you get it?

Looking good!!! Is that a furnace i see in the background? Which furnace are you going to use? Again your framing looks very good... keep the pics coming!!!

The furnace is a 20,000 but forced air that I got from my father I laws old beat up camper. It was free and I wanted one that was vented outside.

The door came from the same place I got the frame from miltona blacksmith out of Minnesota.

I got a little more done this weekend. I got the rubber roof on, the fan fold stapled down, and the house rap done. I ran out of silver tape so I have to finish one window, the top of the door, and the bottom and top of the house wrap. I'm going to order metal in a few weeks to side it with. Diamond plate on the bottom 32" of the V and white or orange .040 aluminum for the siding.

I got a little done this weekend. I got the wall for the bathroom up. Installed the circut for the tv and fan that will be on the wall. A picture of just the inside. I will put futon with a bunk on top of it and a dinette in the very back. I have 90 percent of the 12v wiring done.

What are you going to put behind the wall the TV is on, in the front of the V?? Hang coats and such??

It's going to be a honey bucket bathroom and a place to hang jackets ect. It's going to be a little tight, but still better then taking a dump at -20 with 30mph winds. I'm going to put a curtain that goes to the front of the "v". I was going to put a wall and door, but thought that a curtain would seem like more room.

I had thought of a potty, but was thinking the door flying open could hurry the process along!!  It's a great build and have enjoyed following your progress!! Make sure to take plenty of pics! What's the old saying?? A picture is worth a thousand words??  ;D

That is awesome to say the least.  What is the width of the axle?  Will it travel in the same track as the truck?

Saved up and got some metal for the shanty. We got the back done, both sides, and the windows installed. It is white, because it was the biggest and cheapest. It aluminum and .040 thick. All lines match up and all screws match up. I plan to do the front next weekend and for the trailer lights and to finish up the inside. Not good pictures, but it gives you and idea.

I got all the metal on today. Siliconed all joints and screws. Installed the door. It's starting to take shape. Tomorrow will be the trailer lights and finishing up the termanation strip for the rubber roofing. I hope to have it done by the end of the year. I hope this next summer to get some kind of sticker to break up the color  went with white metal because it was the cheapest.

Sweet build! Do they plow the lakes out there?  I want to build one of these, but upstate NY doesn't have the greatest of conditions and I feel like I would get stuck all the time.

It's windy enough in ND that we usually don't have a ton of snow on the ice.

Got all the trailer lights done. Installed the porch light and a light above the propane tanks. Installed all the insulation and the ceiling and lights put it. For the insulation I used foam board that is a R-8 biut super light. For the ceiling I used ribbed tin. I had some white cheap plywood material, but didn't like it so I tore it down.

Got the roof secured down, the windows trimmed out the lights make them look pink but they are white. Also got a little half of the knotty pine done, the floor and holes cut. About three more days of work and some cold weather and it should be done.
