Clam 2000 or Scout?

I cant decide between the two. Im leaning towards the 2000 because on occassion I do have someone with me.

Anyone have anything good or bad to say about the two? Dickssportinggoods has them marked down and Im gunna snatch one up within the next day or so because there is only 4 left...
