well it's that time to go out and find some fish able ice this weekend and i can't wait

Didn't make it out today. Had a few peeps call it and I've just not been up to it with some unexpected health conditions lately. Hopefully we'll get walking on some water after turkey day

Damn Matt.  I was so looking forward to a report.  Hope the health improves soon.  I'll be in TX the week after T-Day for a little goose/crane recreation and expect to see some ice action upon my return.  Still waiting for the Eskimo WIDE 1 XR to show up on Sportsmans Warehouse website.  The new 6" NILS is ready for action and so is all the rest of my gear.   ;D

After thinking about it, I decided to order the flip over from Sportsmans Guide.  Going through the Military Exchange on line, I saved a few bucks by ordering it direct from Sportsmans Guide through the Exchange and get free shipping.  It is estimated to be delivered on Nov 28.   ;D

Found 4 inches of solid/clear ice at Birch Creek Reservoir today. Check out the report on the Reports/Conditions page.

Will be headed to Scofield on Wednesday next week if anyone wants to tag along.

Nice fish!! How heavy was it? I think it counts since you were wearing your striker ice coat.

It was 20lb and 39” long and 24” girth
