your not kidding...i know there are a few deep holes in there...heard there were some big bass in there...also herad they were pulling lots of calicos...just didnt know if anyone had any luck... Last yr, I took my 3yo son out for his first day fishing...to the east branch of tully river...he got the trout hat trick...Brookie, Brown, and Rainbow...all little native trout...On his first ice fishing trip this yr, he pulled up a 15" bass on his jig stick...

lake is in your backyard, go fish!

If you head out there, post up a report, would love to know the conditions, been a couple years since i've been there, but has always been a good luck pond for me. Now i'm getting greedy and looking to break my PB crappie of 2.4 by landing a 3lber.

Did your PB of 2.4 come out of Tully?

Jeeps, you could spend the rest of your fishing life and not beat that beauty.

I fished Long Pond ( the feeder for Tully )  about 3-4 weeks ago.  Caught several crappie but they were mostly small and the bite was very tough that day.  I was marking a lot of fish but had trouble coxing them to hit.
