Medicine Lake - Entry Point

Hey guys - I'm on my own tonight and like to normally go with a buddy.  I have plenty of spots on Tonka that are safe but I was going to try close to home.  Can anyone advise me on a safe entry point for Med Lake?

Bonus if it is driveable, but if I need to walk it that is no big deal to me.  I just know there are springs/fountains in Med that can be very dangerous and I want to be safe.
