A few put out a second pole for them.
Utah allows no live bait and at Pineview it's illegal to use any fish parts as bait that measures more than 1" in any direction, so you can't even use a dead minnow. Makes it hard. Artificials only.
Some people get struck while reeling in a perch, but most lose them.
Tigers in Pineview are also a precious commodity, there is no disease free source for restocking, so when they are gone, they are gone.
