I cant manipulate the map. It won't let me save it as a jpg or I would put it here and circle areas.
I would definitely fish the end of that big flat to the east of the dam. It appears to be somewhere between 12 to 15 foot deep and it drops into the deepest water in the lake. The one  directly east of the dam looks good too although it is a deeper flat and probably heats up more in the middle of ice season. Just my opinion.

Agree with Jigmup on the two flats.

I'd also suggest concentrating initially on the steep break on the SE corner of the bigger flat, pop some holes perpendicular to the fall line and find where there current breaks.  I've had good success in similar impoundments with this strategy.

Figuring new water out is half the fun.

Good Luck!

Mid-winter I would try the 10-15ft flat about 0.3 miles east of the dam.  Shouldn't take long to search this flat with a Swedish Pimple spoon going hole to hole.  See if you can find where hard bottom meets soft bottom.  This flat has the benefit of being on the inside bend of the channel.  Likely best at early morning or late afternoon.
