dont think bantam is safe you need to check the coves but not much frozen in ct this year

stopped by point folly Monday there is ice but you need a boat to get to it 80-100 ft of open water to ice. south bay had a few guys on it hugging  the shore but ice looked really bad now rain storm Thursday night get the boats ready we will be able to bass fish in a boat there very soon

The whole North Bay (Sandy Beach area) was locked in yesterday anywhere from 3-6 inches but the edges are going away fast. That area is tough to access it is a hike getting in there. Lucky for me yesterday the beach gate was unlocked and I was able to park there and walk out from the beach. I posted photos today take a look.
