it was alright.i used ac leggs maple brown sugar mix.its not near as sweet as i thought it would be.70% venison and 30% ground beef for som fat content.the ac leggs honey barbecue is much better and the leggs summer sausage 114 is real good.

That looks great. Not well equipped myself, just a small Walmart grinder and a cheap stuffer from Amazon is all I use.

Nice I use hi mountain for what I do, tried some maple last year in link's and it was ok, just use prairie sage for the bulk I make.

hi mountain is a good mix too.i use alot of it to make whole muscle jerky.cant go wrong with it.

Another thing I do when not fishing is run my small sawmill today I cut 6 awesome table slabs from an old rotten maple most people would have burned

My rendition of the Green Hornet I used a 26" Beaver Dam ultra-light noodle that had been in the box for years because of a cracked reel seat I just gutted it and had a bunch of sanding to do to get it into a 5/16 hole can't wait to try her out as soon as the finish dries

Beautiful boards there greensider are you into furniture building ?

For now I am cutting slabs and other wood putting them in my pole barn for a couple years to dry when I retire in a couple years I will build some tables and Adirondack chairs with some and also building new hunting blinds for my wife who started hunting this past season maybe sell a few
