Green Bay ice conditions?

Supposed to come out a week from tomorrow from Buffalo NY. Is there ice on Green Bay for whitefish? Thanks

I live 15 miles from the bay, I know of no safe ice to fish for whitefish right now. That's just my knowledge. We had high winds and warm weather last week. It's making some ice now but we need below zero weather. Good luck, I hope someone else has a better report for you.

Getting to the whitefish grounds off of Sturgeon Bay this year is going to be tough...

Alot of the bay of Green Bay is still broken pack ice or open water it looks like on the Satellite images ....
