Showdown won't turn on

I have a few different flashers and pulled out my Showdown to use when I took the grandkids out.  It wouldn't turn on.  I tried a new battery so it isn't that. It worked perfect when I put it away last season.  Any suggestions on what I might try before sending it in for repair?

check the fuse?

Ayup.........a few had issues with blowing fuses, that Marcum rectified. Mine did. Think they suggested a larger one if I remember correctly.....
