Brand new helix 7 issue

Just got a new helix 7 mega di that I mounted to a marcum shuttle. The first time powered up and ran perfect. Second time I powered it up the screen had a pink line running through it on the left hand side. Anyone ever have this issue?

This is probably no help whatsoever but has some relevance..i repair nintendo ds lites and they get a black,blue or pink line running  down either side of the screen.means screen damage on those and i have to replace the screen.probably not your problem but just thought i would add ive seen similiar problems.

Couple things ..Do you have the latest software update ?  Fully charged battery ? Battery connections are up to snuff ? Try and use the factory settings default .Check all connections transducer .

looks like you have Switch Fire mode turned on. Turn that off and i think your issue will go away. There is a clear mode and a max mode in clear fire- Run Clear mode.
