Kids must have thier own user name and sign up like everyone else.

no, it is free for all IceShanty registered members.

I live on the ID/WA border, I hold freshwater licenses for both states.

If I registered with Idaho as the home state, can I enter fish caught on Washington ice?

I assume so but I wanted to make sure.

someone correct me if im wrong but i believe since this is a nation wide event you can enter fish from any state or province. i think you just put your home state so we know where everyone is from

I will update the prizes once I know what we have from all our sponsors. (Will be before the contest starts)

It varies from year to year depending on what they give us.

I know it states to use YELLOW PUSH/PULL STYLE RULES but I like using the engineers style rule. Easier for me to carry around on the ice and I don't plan on catching anything over 6 feet. Possible to use these?

Nope, Sry. This has been a rule for a long time and makes it much easier to see the measurement.

Look at some of last years pics, hate to say yes without seeing what ya got. Any yellow carpenters tape will work, bigger #'s thye better.

How do the Drawings go each week? Is there just a drawing every week?

2nd question is the "bucket" emptied ever week after the drawing?

Just curious, i read the rules but probably just missed it.

There will be 8 weekly drawings. I will save the bigger items to weeks 5-8 to give everyone a chance to get entered.
