THE ONLY WAY I CAN POST IS WHEN I GO TO ICESHANTY.COM FORUMS.  BUT WHEN I GO TO NY GENERAL FORUM AND ICE CONDITIONS IT WONT LET ME POST.  I CANT START A NEW TOPIC THE OPTION ISNT THERE.

WHAT DO I DO?
