Lol, it is a pretty cool effect. Now I need to get the blue one made. I also need to either get a camera, or go fishing with someone who has one so I can see what's actually going on down there. I've also thought about a circular light shield at the bottom, so the fish below it can still feel safe in the shadow, then drop a jig past the light and right into them.

Having the colored strip may not be as bright per foot, but it could sure be fun trying different colors. Flip it to violet to charge your jig in the water, then flip it back to green, blue, or yellow.
