Title: Palisades Reservoir??????
Post by: Long Point Slammer on Dec 10, 2009, 02:36 PM
How and where does a guy ice fish Palisades Reservoir?  I live in Wyoming but am really close to the lake.  I don't know If I want to buy the year tag or not.  Any advice or info would help. Thanks.

Plenty of good spots to go if theres any ice! Looks like it will be a late year for enough ice this go round. Try Big Elk Creek for all species including kokanee salmon, browns, cuthroats and lake trout. Also some of the points near Indian Creek produce some nice fish. Anything from worms to 1/4 jigs to 3/4 oz jigs with a bit of sucker meat will catch nice ones!!
