Good spirit lake

Is it safe to drive onto Good Spirit lake? Is this a good access to the lake by car / are the roads cleared? Thanks!

Yes there is enough ice to drive on. There is several ways to get on. That is one of them. There are several trails on the lake. I have seen diesels on there and cars driving on there.

It has been slower than previous years. Pike and Walleye are still biting.

Has anyone been driving on Good Spirit lately?  Is it still accessible with a 4x4 truck or is there too much snow? 

We are planning to collect water samples there within the next week... if it's possible we would like to drive out to the circled spot in our image.  But if there is too much snow or ice heaves in the way we will sample closer to shore.  We would like to get to the deepest spot possible.
