« on: Oct 15, 2008, 07:03 AM »
Does any one from Iceshanty ice fish Kipawa Lake?  Would love to ice fish it some day. I  fish there in the summer every year on vacation.

It is a beautiful area. Wife loves it there so get to go for 2 weeks in summer.  Been going there between 25 to 30 years. I have talked to friends that live there an they say the ice fishing is good.  They catch bigger fish then, they tell me. I am surprised no one from up there is on ice shanty though.

My dad started going there in the late 40's early 50's, been there around 15 times myself, but haven't been in about 6 years.  I would LOVE to go ice fishing up there!!!
