What in your opinion is the best eating fish?

That's a tough one being a eye and perch guy , my vote would be pan fried bluegills in butter with a little nature seasoning , till lightly browned

3. Lingcod
4. China Rockfish
5. FRESH grayling

Perch, bluegill, walleye, crappie..for fresh water... Raw tuna can't be beat for ocean fish
