We can use this post to say were we plan to go on the weekend :

January 19th 2013, I am going to a meet in the Pentecote Bay in Papineauville at Allard entrance all day Saturday, it cost $5.00 to acces the road on the ice, it was 12 inch thick last time I was there, you can catch perch, crappie, pike, walleye & sauger there. 

I may have my pop up in my avatar if anyone decides to join us, if interested send me an MP.

Pike and perch and they have shacks for rent (on Baie Clement)

people have caught walleye but just at first ice
it's in zone 25

well ive been out today, rock cliff look out, its great going where there is not many people going.
caught a bunch of small eyes and a descent keeper.

at least its been a 1hour non stop of biting and fun. runing around from 1 hole to the other

I know where that is, it is on the Ontario side remember it is only 2 lines allowed there, the fine is very expensive if you get caught even for 1 line extra, sounds like you knew that in your message tought.
Where did you park or did you walk over the complete river ?

according to the ministry if I get on the quebec side and cross im allowed 5lines

yep crossed over in 4 wheeler

I would not take a chance myself to fish with more then 2 lines but I also would not take the chance to cross the river even on foot you are braver then me for sure.

I'll be coming up to fish in Rigaud for the weekend.  How's the fishing there. Hope to be getting some pike and walleye!!!

nop not really
here all tourneys are kind of individual
so you have to search around
and as the years go
i see less and less tourneys

this guys makes a couple tourneys a year
for the rest you have to look around
when ill see some ill post them earlier
last year i won 300$ for the biggest pike at that tourney plus a tackle box with like 50 60$ of jigs and odds and ends
the down side is that the tourney finish's at 5 you have to wait till 8 for the prizes....
