I had ordered Marcum M1 Lithiom online sale at $399. Browsed through a few more online stuff, went to check out and it dropped the sale price. Called them and customer service said, the sale ended at 10 am....My checkout time was at 10:20 am.
Said they will honor it. TYVM
follow up...They never fixed it. I was never refunded for the difference. Very disappointed, when told to look at my statements afterwards...and afterwards...and afterwards. January, February, March, Aprill... I give up. Lost out on $200 worth as I ordered two units.
I will never use their service again. I don't appreciate the false lies and the old, please wait and check later. Also don't appreciate the lie about the online sales just ended a few hours ago. Yet that sale was still there online 48 hours later.
This is the first problem I've had and I've made several purchases in the past. Bottom line, this problem was never properly taken care of.
