You would be better off to fart in a bucket! :roflmao:
I have six in my Amazon cart. I take it that you are still happy with yours?
-
Haha. Reviews! Ya my other 4 showed up Saturday. Im ready

Guys I bought one at Walmart and well its ok but the AA battery lasted about 4 hours and yes it was an energizer. good for a short trip but not good for the long trips.

Skyler Have you tried the egg aerator yet? I have been using another type of aerator this year. I need to figure out a better way to hold the air stone and tube in the ice hole. Those tubes really like to coil when its cold. Anyone have any good ways to keep the air stone and tube out into the water?

I use a hot spot depth finder from northland. Just clamp it on to the end of the hose never falls off.

Ya I've used it a few times. Like 4x4elk says they don't last to long. I have the bubble boxes that i switched out the tubes it comes with. I'm using the water line for the fridge it's a lot more ridged. I did super glue the stones in for just in case.

Here's a pic of mine. I used some hanger and zip tied the hose to it. When I place it in the hole I use a little snow/ slush/ ice chips to hold it in place. You can see it in action on the Henry's thread, I posted videos

I have seen the hangers in person and they worked well. I went ahead and picked up six eggs. Hopefully they are better than a fart in a bucket!

Thanks for all the replies. After i asked the question i saw a pic of Matts setup with the hanger rod. I will have to rig something up. The aerators work great ,i used them at the Gorge last week in sub zero weather and they kept the holes from freezing nicely. Thanks again.

Tons better than constantly clearing holes. Lots easier on the back

Ok so I picked up 2 of the ice version (black & orange) of the egg at walmart in Brigham last weekend. Other than the battery life I was pleased with what I saw of Icecutter's and fishon1's. I'll still be using the bubble box's and adding these to the aersenal at the gorge. Predicted temps are going to very cold when we're there. Nothing like the -25 we had 2 years ago but hopefully close to it  :woot: :woot:
