fishing 12-24-10

   Fwfeecherman  and I stared  out the day by meeting river scum and piggyn at the lake .   Marked alot of fish caught a couple keeper .  Then we moved to another lake found some good gills .   Ended up with 38 .   Was a good day to be out no wind that don't happpen to often in the winter .

We stuck it out at the first lake.  Chartreuse has always been a good color there for me.  I ended up with 28 keepers... a nice sack of fish, but not a sack of nice fish.  I had 3 that were 8", and the rest might have averaged 7.5"... pretty frustrating.  The size in that lake has gotten worse over the last few years, and I doubt that I'll be making a return trip there this season.
