Those kids again!

Took my son and his buddy perch fishing today, 1/16.  On the first flag my sons buddy pulls out 2 perch at once, it would not be that unusual if they had been jigging multiple hooks, but this was one small minnow on a tip-up with a quick strike rig of two small trebles.  Took a picture of them figuring this was one for the book.
About an hour later my son repeats the feat for himself, even doing it the hard way, only one of the fish was hooked and the other was lassoed at the gills! So back to the shanty to grab the camera for another pic.

It got slow in the afternoon so they decided to play a little perchball

They did allright and should sleep good tonight.

It's always great to see the kids out on the ice.  Way to go.

When I see the pic's of the kids. I really start missing my boys who are in college now. My fishing buddies are gone.

awesome pictures  :o and perchball is just way to cool.  ;D catch one of those the wrong way the top fin could get ya.  :P  ;) Very cool pictures.

Very cool pic's.  Love to see the Kids having fun with something besides x-box or playstation.  Way to go, and keep the pic's coming.
