Lots of ice
« on: Mar 24, 2008, 06:03 AM »
If anyone was wondering about the ice up here its all good .
We have over 18 inches of ice on all the lakes around the area.
With this cold snap the ice is going to be good for at least to more weeks I think I said that two weeks ago .

My brother in law fished Saginaw Bay this past weekend and said there's still 18" of ice and a lot of people getting limits of walleye. Still  too much variance in ice thickness for me. He said he heard of a couple people breaking through at the pressure cracks.
