Title: Where to park for FPB
Post by: 30-30 on Dec 27, 2010, 08:14 PM
Wondering if there is anywhere to park on the highway for FPB.  I usually drive right down, but the ice is worrying me this year.

Thanks folks!!!

About 10 spots at top of hill on side of highway. Get there early

Thanks for the fast reply....I kinda thought there was limited parking there.  May go to the park instead and walk a bit.

Good fishing to you, bro!!!

I guess that I just assumed he was in a car. Another post pointed out that the drive up the hill was getting polished.

Thanks to you too Topcat.  Have not been out yet this year, and plan to head out next weekend.  My usual haunt is across from Selkirk Park, but the ice has me a bit scared this year.  My wife would kill me if I die  >:(

I am in a car right now, my deal on my new used Jeep fell through.  So everybody is right.

Yeah, she'll probably kill you anyway (they all do, sooner or later... :-\ ). I'd go North anyway (Willow Springs, Goldeye, EOM), but what do I know  ;) ? No hill climbing up there, too  8).

LOL!!  I was thinking EOM as well.  Need to get myself another 4x4...been without one for 6 weeks and it is driving me nuts.

Thanks again Topcat.  Maybe see you on this ice.
