Not ice but water was VERY cold.

Got 2 carp yesterday, an 18.7 and a 19.3.  These are pics of the 18.7.  Tail-hooked both of them 1 one a 1/6 oz. Thomas Buoyant and one on a 1/4 oz paddle tail.  6 lb Nano with a 12 lb. floro leader.

Those carp are fun! Got this one @ Chatty, 33ft of water on the blade. Thought I had my PB walleye at 1st

Ha!  That’s wild.   Things are huge.  I snagged this one mistakenly on treble hooks fishing two feet of water with a large stickbait.  Quite a surprise.  Just happened to land on him.  That’s Unreal to get two that way!  Great catches.

Hey! I thought this was an ice fishing forum! Just kidding, the ole carps are fun any way you catch ‘em. I even used to chase them with the fly rod quite a bit. Nice fish Slayer:)
