Does anyone know if you can drive 4-wheelers on the ice at Mcconaughy ? Does Nebraska accept Colorado ORV permits?

You don't need a permit for your ATV.  I believe Big Mac is on the list of lakes where you can use your ATV.  There is a list of lakes where allowed in the Fishing Regulations booklet. Good fishing and be safe.
