The walk on the lake is not bad but some spots got some big drifts. Fishing was a little slower today they where down there just a little more tight lipped. Picked up 13 crappie today.

Out here now. Fished early had a good shot of nice eyes on the eye spot. Biggest was 26"  all big footballs probably loaded with eggs let them back till next year. didn't try for crappie yet. But now it's the mid day and things shut down. Probably see out on the crappie spot later on Sn.

Made it out Sunday....did well on the crappie.  Didn't try for the eyes, but heard they were hitting.  Ice was great (16-20") and walk was easy, from what I heard (I drove the 4x4...rode on top of ice very easily...no break through)  Where is everyone????  Its a great time of year on the ice and only saw maybe 3 other groups all day.  Stay safe.
Take the pledge, be safe, enjoy every second of life and lets go JETS!

Monkeybones, you had a great year on that pond, glad to see someone smashing them down there.
I gave up on that lake years ago, looks like it's coming back!  :)

Nice job! I wasn't there as much as I wanted to be this year. It was cool seeing your posts. Do you go after stripers? I'm getting ready for a trip to Hudson NY mid May!
