Before the season of fishable ice comes to a close (at least here in Minnesota) I just want to say THANKS to ICESHANTY.COM and all of its great members. You've provided laughs and valuable information and for that I'm very grateful.

After logging onto this site I will be getting ready for ice season all summer long.I have to work long hours all summer but comehard water time I have all the time in the world .

If you haven't done so yet - join the IS Militia. For the little bit of money it costs it is well worth it. Show your pride and support this awesome site.

Just because the ice is going doesn't mean we are abandoning ice fishing - I for one live ice fishing all year long and will continue to come to this site throughout the year (hard not to - it is my homepage). In addition, I will be checking out the hunting site as well. Good luck to all.

Ice fishing is just to much fun ,boat traffic sucks and i do not miss it at all.I bought a bike to take up the spare time I have in the summer. Now I have found a site for a lot of interested people.
