Back in July, my son caught a 8lb walleye out of Glendo, we decided to order him a "replica" from Wildlife Creations/Bass Pro Shops.

Well it arrived today, I have to say it looks better than most skin mounts I have seen of Walleye, and I highly recommend their work!
$12.00 an inch, and I don't have to freeze a fish/ find a taxidermist, and we can let all are breeder size fish go to get bigger!

Pretty cool!

Not only that, but if I don't have the $ to spend right now, as long as I take a good length/girth/ photos, I can order them when it is convenient!

I have been watching news coverage on the Ct. school shooting yesterday. How could someone do such a terrible thing to a group of children? Sick people. God bless all the families and people of Ct.

What happened in Connecticut is an absolute tragedy. Words can't even begin to describe. Such a senseless and cowardly act. I can't even begin to fathom what the families must be going through. May God bless all involved.

In 1927 a janitor blew up his car, and a few first responders and a couple of policemen after he blew up a school in Bath, Michigan. Bath is near Lansing. His school he blew up with TNT and not all of it went off. The total of students killed was 38.

Yes, I remember the Cokeville school bombing. Very scaring. The voice is a singing competition show, they sang a tribute song. YouTube it, it's worth it.

That was a great video. I am going to send two christmas cards to Sandy Hook Elementary School. One for the kids and one for the faculty. Who knows if it will even get read but I figure if it makes one person feel a little bit better than I feel better.

There has now been mass shooting/suicide threats to Green River and Rock Springs High Schools that's supposed to take place on Friday "The end of the world". There are low life losers in every school and community....and as long as the media continues to treat them like celebrities when they do something awful, than these twisted individuals will continue to take innocent lives with them instead of capping themselves in their own basement where they wouldn't get any media attention.

Ben, It's been discussed before and the idea has been knocked down. I believe it's not even possible with the program that Iceshanty is running on. Sorry.

Well I now know what a duck feels like.

This is after 30 minutes of rain and it continued for another 2 hours. Total rain for 2 .5 hours just over 5 inches. It has been raining or windy every day so no fishing yet.

Yep....When I started my snowmachine this morning it was NEGATIVE 17. Thank god the hand warmers worked. I don't think it ever got above 5 degrees today on the lake. ICE ICE ICE
