Plastic bait question
« on: Dec 11, 2016, 08:34 PM »
Hey guys I have picked up a few different types of plastics to use this year I have some gulp minnows some clam makos. But what I'm wondering is if they are better presented on a vertical jog, or a horizontal jog, today I use some tungsten drop with a horizontal presentation.
Wait there's ice????

One of each see which the fish likes better....make sure to have them on straight so they don't spin as much

  I fish the Berkley minnow on a tungsten jig and keep it as horizontal as possible?  Crappie seem to be really picky about having a horizontal presentation but blue gill and perch don't seem to care.   Won't matter much this winter since I have 500 waxworms and two thousand colored maggots to use ::)   I also have trapped a few hundred tiny shiners and keep them in my tiny backyard pond.
