i plan on calling tomorrow to see what the mindset is. I called yesterday to check on ice thickness. They office claimed 2 inchsand they didn't want anyone on the ice

I just hung up the phone with a woman at the park office. They Tourney is on 8)
"3.5 inchs of ice now and its going to be cold this week"
I will be there if anyone wants to meet up or fish together.

what kind of fish are in the Dunham reservoir all I know of is walleye and smallmouth bass?

There's not even that   Dunham TOTALLY sucks and is without a doubt probably the worst place you could ever fish if you actually plan on catching anything    If you catch a walleye out of Dunham's you'd probably be the first

You are the first person I have ever heard of who has caught an eye out there in the past 10 years.  Not only 1 hook up but 3 hook up's.  All I can say is wow..

they claim 5 inchs as of last night..Ya gotta believe it growing I use a hand auger...it keep me warm, considering the cold start tomorrow.... I actually like manual drilling

i like hand drilling to and I only use the power auger on 8" of ice or more i agree it keeps you warm drilling holes manually.

We got after some trout at the Grafton Tourney. My bro, and friend Steve. We landed 9 bows, missed a few flags as well We had a blast The biggest was 15 3/8 and was actually leading the contest at 12:30(I had to leave after that) Does anyone know how to get the final results When we left I had 1st, 2nd and Steve had 3rd for trout. These photos don't do justice to these fish, their colors were unbelievable today. 8) Here are the three I kept

jflood  really nice fish  on what pond did you happen to fish ? I have never fished at Grafton before and have heard that it is a great place to take kids , easy access and fairly close walking distances ? Any info greatly appreciated
