Anyone been out around the QC?

I am wondering what the ice is like around the Quad Cities area. I want to make a trip up to WI this weekend but my buddy is bailing on me so it looks like I'm stuck fishing local ponds.

Let me know if you want meet and fish on Friday. I have some lakes in Victoria area that has safe ice. My buddy bailed on me also. Plus I'm always up for meeting new fishing buddies. I'm headed up there this afternoon to fish. I let you know what I find d as far as ice conditions

Sorry but I've got to work on Friday but I have the weekend free. Victoria has some awesome ponds down that way. We normally hit snake den but it doesn't open til after goose season. Let me know if u want to meet up this weekend. I might still head to WI without buddy but prob not.

Hey Matt, texted my pops this morning and he said people are still out around the qc. I will most likely be home Sunday and Monday to fish as we don't have class on Monday. Haven t been out to check around Macomb (I think the rain ruined it), but I don't have class Friday and i am gonna check it then. If it is safe, you might wanna consider a trip out here

I'm tied uup with family stuff all weekend. If I wasn't I would be game for WI. I've always wanted to ice fish up there. Do u ever have any free days through the week?

Normally just fish the weekends. I do have lots of vacation time so I always try to take some time this time of year. I now have to work on Saturday. I might a local pond after work, then go out Sunday morning. I pmed u my contact info.
