Let 'er buck.
We're born, we live for a while, and then we die.  Sounds like a good reason to go ice fishing.

I was out deer hunting this morning and I had my Clam Ice coat on. Freezing rain that turned to snow was 25 degrees when I gave it up as everything was bedded. I'm in North eastern Wyoming. Felt like fishing weather!

Below 30deg coming into work this morning around 5000' for me, I bet everything above 8000' has some ice on it. No doubt at 10,000 and above   I may beat my 1st ice record last year on Nov 9th if this stays around  ;)2

Found glare ice this morning on I-70/ E-470. Multi vehicle wreck. I stayed out of it. ;D

Same exact intersection at 5pm yesterday was 83F. This morn was 23F.

I was driving on I-25 from Denver to fort Collins last night and the amount of freezing rain or hail coming down on the interstate was something I've never seen. There was an inch or two of just solid hail.

Looking at the extended forecast for some of the early ice spots here in Colorado, I'd say the first fish won't be pulled through the ice until Nov. 9th.
Flags up, gentlemen!!!
