My first trip of 18 today at Crystal Lake.Landed one brown of 14'' and one Salmon 22''.

Species caught : largemouth, smallmouth,  bluegill, perch, White perch, crappie, trout, catfish, bowfin, pickerel, pike

Six to seven inches of black ice with an Inch of snow on top to make walking easier . Edges were fine.

Can anybody be tell me where I would park if I head to crystal lake? Also what at people targeting there trout?

At the boat ramp. Or the first parking lot before the boat ramp. Mainly Trout, Salmon ,but also , Bass, Pickerel, Perch.
