Nice meeting Mainedog and like Linguini said these traps are awesome. Missed out on a chance to win one but I plan on adding 2 to my pack before next season. Top quality craftsmanship and some great mods to the original design. Nice hooking up with you on the big lake Bill!

Bill is making nice equipment, well thought out and well made. He's using the heaviest duty hardware I can recall on a tipup.

I own around 40 heritage traps, actually caught just a few fish through 28 years of using them... Modified them greatly yes. Bought a couple FCT just for shizandgiggles,and love the construction. I'll give them their first taste of Embden or Kezar this weekend, not sure which. work em out on Lakers and Salmon simultaneously.

Bill it was great meeting you and wow those traps are the best. ty for donating them even though i was not lucky enough to get one. it was great talking to you in between bites and lets make sure to get together again in the future for more fishing fun.

My buddy bought a set last fall.  They are beautiful and very well built.  I have Indian Hill traps and while I really like mine, the Forest City traps are much nicer. I keep trying to justify buying a set for myself.

I still caught more fish than he did, but it was the fisherman and not the trap!
