Can't remember If I posted the first group yet.  Caught these on the St.Lawrence a little while back (early January)

nice pike...how do you cook those babies up ? dont you get a lot of bones?

I put the whole fillet in the food processor (minus the ribs)  it completely grinds the Y bone, then make patties , put the bread crumbs on and dip in the deep fryer.

Nice catch....so thats what they look like all grown up...and thanks for the lesson on cooking them...if I ever caught one I planned on throwing it back after pictures of course...now I will try it your way.
