Anyone in the Fairbanks area know how thick the ice is on the Tanana? I was thinking about checking out the fishing at the Moose Creek/Tanana confluence.

Plenty thick enough FFS...  You will have no problem with depth of ice, just depth of water!  Low water level makes it tough to fish.
