Im a vermonter, from the Rutland area. Ya caught some good ones on Bomoseen and Champlain in the past. The state record actually came from little old Glen lake believe it or not. That is where I've caught my biggest pike to date as well. Very slow fishing, but some huge Northerns

Well I  might be able to help with a few of those wishes. I sit here on Larrabees point in Shoreham vt. I have a camp and shantys available. The camp is in eye view of any jacks you set and I will tell you the pike bite great here. Also got venison in the freezer just waiting to be cooked. Give me a holler if your interested.

I missed one in August out of the Otter Creek about that size.... Apparently the Otter and Missisquoi are the only places you will find them. And they are rare at best.

50" muskie ?  3 minutes from your house ?  In Vermont ?!?!?  Seems unlikely.  I've never heard of muskie in Vermont.
