Saw a recent video of someone fishing for browns and steelhead on Erie.  Couldn't pinpoint what tributary they were off of.  Does look like fun.

I saw the video and I agree, if you're smart enough to find a spot on your own and, do the homework, you can earn the privilege to fish.

you guys are funny.... this is a community.
you know steelies are not a native species, right? yep, they get dumped in every year- for recreational fishing.
better yet, tell the guy where to go, and ask him to kindly pick up any trash he sees laying around.

No spots are secret anymore just some have less people that know about them. You still have to know how to fish. I will find this spot if I have to drive up and down Erie the rest of winter lol, unless someone wants to spare me the gas and time and send me a pm where it is. It looks like a public launch. I'm fairly new to fishing lake Erie so I've only been to the launch in Irving, Sturgeon point and small boat harbor.
