Smelt and tomcod

Few smelts and tommy cod today.



Theres only 3 seasons..open water, hunting and icefishing!

Yup eat them as well. Fried in butter with lots of salt and pepper. Very mild tasting fish. Great burbot bait as well

    That's some good looking smelt. The Tomcod what are they like. I don.t think we have them here in Michigan and are smelt have not yet turned on.
