Title: Lake Owen / Rob Roy

Does anybody know if you can get up to these lakes right now (because i heard that you can drive right up to lake owen?) I would imagine they still have enough ice to fish and with the warm temps and lack of snow the roads might be ok.  IM just looking for a place to fish around laramie tomorow and all the other ice is no good.

The last I heard, you needed a 4wd vehicle with decent clearance to make it to Owen.  Now that's been awhile, but we also haven't really had any snow in a while.  So...maybe its not too bad yet.
