Got a chance to add a couple more things to the box today, still waiting on decent ice here. Added a second 12volt plug and a piece of plexiglass on the inside to hold my accessories. Also changed one of the toggle switches. Think I will add some rubber feet to the bottom and call it good.

seriously considering building one of these but i'm stuck on the battery. I found the battery used here but I want to know how much difference using the deep cycle will make or if I can save myself $45 and go with a normal lawn and garden battery?  I'm looking at the difference in operation time and also how it will hold up to being run near dead and recharged every couple days.
