3rd place pics

So I got the pictures off of my wife's cell phone of the limit that won me 3rd place in the Cascade Ice Fishing Contest, the one at the very top is the 1 9.6 lb. perch, all the others were eaters and two of the bigger one's were part of my limit.....

oh and all the perch were over 11".... and I threw 6 back that were in that range but not big enough for the contest and I had my eater's already, and Sunday I only caught 5, but the guy who ended up second was sitting about 5 yards from my hole I caught all these in on Sunday also, so I guess I should have got there earlier and may have had a chance for 2nd or 1st, I guess you snooze you lose.... But I would not change it though, had a good time fishing with a new good friend Rob and his two great kids....

You can never go wrong for doing what's right.  Good job and may the Perch Gods smile favorable upon you and yours until...until the next tournament where you're just going to have to settle for 3rd place again. ;D ;D ;D  Jokes

no problem, it was too great too meet you and your family also, tell them it was great meeting them also... I look forward too fishing with them again sometime....

   WE ARE ON THE MAP OF Jumbo PERCH ! Something I have always wanted to travel to the North East to   catch! Now a 2 hour drive in the Great State of Idaho

Dave, no I did not get a picture of the new auger... Forgot, that's why all my perch pics are at the father in law's house, the wife is there too help me...... Idaho is pretty good the Ice season doesn't last long enough, not like Montana and ND, I would like too go back too Ft. Peck for some Walleyes or Devils Lake for more Jumbo's see how they compare too Idaho's....
