Well I got out for a while yesterday and the ice was awesome. Both ponds I was on were 12-13" of good clear ice. The weather was also great 45*. It's too bad that the fishing wasn't good at all. managed 2 small bass in a couple of hours out. Need to find the crappies. We will be hitting it hard this weekend. Don't know where for sure yet but some where, hopefully we can get some eater panfish to dirty up a skillet.
