Well its froze. There is about a foot of ice by the boat ramp but not much water the lake is really low. There is about six inches by the damn. I didnt catch any fish but my future son inlaw caught some. I didnt care cause I at least got to go ICE FISHING. Caught the fish in about 17 ft of water. MG.

What about the quad MG

I thought that might be you out there.  I stopped by late this morning to let the dogs out.  I was in the red Chevy pickup  I didn't want to dig out my boots to hike out on the ice.   And I didn't have any gear with me anyway.

I was on the way home from Thanksgiving in Gillette.  I took mt grandson out for his first deer hunt.  He made a great shot on a young buck.  I also managed to pop a turkey as well.  We were hunting on private land near Hulett.

I would guess that Sunshine should be hard soon as well.  See you on the ice.

What about the quad MG

Didn't get to use the quad much. Didnt want to pack it down the hill to the lake. What little I did use it seems like it will work great.

Hi Larry ya shoulda hallered at us. Good job on the grandsons deer. We were at sunshine Friday and caught a limit. Its trying to make some ice along the edges. The inlet is going to freeze first it had about 2 inches then out almost to the island. We will have to get together later. M.G.
