Got out today in central Ma. on 14+" of ice. Very windy and cold till about noon when the wind slowed up a bit and it final got into double digits. Pretty slow so moved to a different part of the lake and got this nice bass and missed 3 other big runners! back at it tomorrow morning! Always nice to stop on the way home for a cold one.

Good job on getting out (like me) and catching a good fish (unlike me).
It's impressive you still have 14" of ice out your way . . . Is it all ice or is it a thin layer of ice over a layer of slush over a layer of soft ice (like itis out the Berkshires)?
